Northwest Swan
This ship is of a different design to the other vessels in the NWS fleet, using the membrane containment system (giving it more of the appearance of a conventional ship).With a length of the 287 metres, a beam of 43.4 metres and a draught of 11.5 metres, it is slightly larger with a capacity of 138,500 cubic metres.
Delivery of the Northwest Swan took place in March 2004, from Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Co of Korea. It is manned and managed by Chevron Shipping Company and flies the Bermudan flag.
